Wordly Wise 3000® 4^th Edition provides direct academic vocabulary instruction to develop the critical link between vocabulary and reading comprehension.  The robust activities, student engagement, and differentiated instruction provide the flexibility to meet the needs of today’s varying student population.

Wordly Wise 3000® direct academic vocabulary instruction is designed to help students expand critical grade-level vocabulary and improve reading comprehension for grade-level literature, content-area reading, textbooks, and high-stakes tests.

High school vocabulary instruction focuses on preparing students with strategies to unlock the meaning of words they will encounter in content area texts, literature, and high-stakes tests, including the ACT and SAT. Tests also introduce an updated Standardized Test Prep Preview section to give students practice with additional formats they may encounter. 

Books 9-12 contain 20 lessons each and 15 words per lesson.
